The apartments are beautiful; however, management is not very particular who they rent to. There are many tenants there with unruly children who are destroying the property. Management is always sending out notices to the tenants but never follow through with the threats. There are many drug users and dealers in the building and many folks living with tenants and they are not on the lease. Pets are kept and they are not registered with management.
