I didn't expect to be dealing with noise issues in this community I thought people would be respectful but I was wrong!! Apt 238 are inconsiderate neighbors. I don't think these people sleep at night at all, hence I can't sleep and they never walk their dog, so he barks all day in the balcony starting at 6:30am, hence I can't even work from home. We have lived here for a couple months now and I absolutely love it. I couldn't be happier. We worked with Daniel in the application process and he was amazing - got us approved and into our new place within like 2 or 3 days. The application process was straightforward, simple, hassle free... Easier than anywhere else we've ever applied. The community is small and intimate. I hate this place. The common areas are filled with trash that is never taken out. The office staff is rude and unhelpful, including the manager. I lived under some inconsiderate neighbors always partying at all hours, and when raised to management it was just ignored. The neighbors here do as they please and the management has no control over tenants at all and they do very little in ways of disciplining bad tenants who are constantly breaking their lease agreement. DONT DO IT! DONT MOVE IN TO APARTMENT 141. UPSTAIRS neighbors is crazy (241)!!!! Wakes up super early 2am - 4am to drop heavy stuff on the floor repeatedly. Also leaves trash on their stairway and smokes consistently. Avoid this place since the front management just want your money and don't care about your well being at all. Writing this message to "future residents," who may look into this place. Look elsewhere!!
