Excellent services and professional personnel. Worth driving the extra distance from Maumee to BG. Highly recommend
Let me start by saying Heather is wonderful. Kind, good at her job, and efficient. However, every other staff member I have interacted with has been rude, unprofessional, or unpleasant, particularly at the counter. After giving this facility several chances, I went in for a recommended massage and while receiving my treatment I also received a whole tirade from my masseuse about trans people not belonging in queer spaces. I’ve started seeking care elsewhere. Hoping this facility can get their staff in order.
Was having back pain (ended with surgery) and went here for both chiro and PT. Had multiple chiro visits with insurance covering it but had to start PT, discounted but not covered. After several PT visits, I asked what my balance was. Billing person, Farah, said "don't worry about it". A couple of PT visits and a couple of weeks later, I got a bill for almost $900. No problem with the services provided, just the way they dealt with the payments for said services.
