Terrible management company. Terrible maintenance man. He drinks constantly. Not sure who put a drunk in charge of anything.
Very spacious apartments. Friendly staff, maintenance responds very quick, good neighborhood. I paid 675 for a 2 bed 2 bath. I found it to be a good price. Only disadvantage is that no one cleaned their dog poop. However, when I was moving due to having to relocate to another city they had just put signs up about picking up dog poop or you will be fined. Water and cable was included. No noise problems.
