Super friendly and professional office. The front staff was especially professional and helpful. Dr. Chiccone explained the procedure thoroughly and on the day of the procedure, double checked everything and made sure I was comfortable & ready. Dr. Chiccone even called me in the evening to check up on me to make sure I am recovering well. His Surgical assistant was very attentive to me during pre-op & post-op. I highly recommend this office.
Today I went to see Dr Telles to finish my implant. There was an upfront charge I paid but during the procedure it was discovered my precious bone graft was too soft. He did a 2nd bone graft for me today and refunded the money I paid for an implant. I was referred to another oral surgeon but came back to Dr Telles because of his thoroughness and professionalism of the staff.
