I must admit that I did not have the best experience initially, but Sam, the director, immediately addressed my concerns and assisted me quite thoroughly in explaining the process, providing a rental when needed and assigned me to an even better advisor, Peter, who diligently kept me up to date with any car updates and the loaner car contract(s). Thank you for fixing my vehicle, a local shop robbed me blind. Meanwhile it only cost me $500 here. I would of never thought that.
Buying a car with included oil changes would seem like a good deal. Unfortunately not today. It took over three hours with an appointment for an oil change. "Free" was WAY too expensive!
“What I tell you is different than what you read” were the words the unprofessional salesman told me after I called to inquire about the tire protection plan he sold me which apparently isn’t available anywhere within 6 hours of here. Avoid this place at all costs.
Poor communication and they don't just care. I left my car with them for more then 3 days and they didn't even look at my car! They only called me once, only after I left messages. When I went to pickup my car, the service guy lied to me and told me he left me a message the day before, which he did not.
