My oil change appointment at 7:45 AM was completed at 12:30 PM. No reason or explanation was given. I know it can be busy on Mondays, but why was the appointment scheduled for 7:45 AM?
Christina worked to get me the best deal and was very receptive. I was able to trade in and leave with a vehicle that fit my needs. I’m very happy with my experience and I recommend this dealer. Everything was smooth and there was nothing I felt uncomfortable with. Thanks again to Christina and her great team.
Justin is so helpful and pleasant. Hes the best part of dealing with so many warranty issues. He offered a lot of add-on services that were not due. But he was honest that they were being offered early so I wouldnt have to come back as soon.
Everything was absolutely professional and beyond excellent. Ben opened the hood of my Venue and showed me little mouse footprints. He said you have a fumigation service that gets rid of them. I agreed to have it done. Everything was accomplished in a timely manner. He pointed out that the service appointment was due in about 800 miles and he could do it now instead to help me not miss anymore time at work.
