I was called in for a recall appointment and told I could not wait at the dealership. I dropped off my vehicle and gota Lyft, only to be told afterward that I had to return to sign paperwork—and that my car could not be worked on. This is unprofessional and completely unacceptable. I was given incorrect information, wasted my time and money, and then told to “come back another time” as if my schedule doesn’t matter. This experience reflects serious incompetence and has left me regretting my decision to purchase a Hyundai.
