Didn't purchase anything, but I thought I'd share my experience in attempting to get a quote. I dealt with a sales rep who flat out stated "i do not send over proposals over emails" which made me think that the other reviews stating they're not honest may be true. It's not too time consuming to create a quote, the fact that this salesperson didn't provide one is probably telling of their intentions.
