If I could give less than a 1 star, I most definitely would. No ounce of decency or humility. I just left the dealership and I am completely disgusted. Thank you for letting me charge my Daytona EV at your Chargepoint charger before you closed. Also, thank you to the guy that came out and asked me who activated the charger as I told him I did it through the app myself, then asked me to leave. Told me the charger was for customers only and something about not selling any cars today as he walked away.
I’ve been waiting over 3 hours for a basic oil change today. This delay is extremely inconvenient and far beyond reasonable wait times.
