I got an all over color and hair trim with Rachel and she was the sweetest & very attentive! She was always checking to see if i was doing okay. I got so many compliments on my hair. Overall my experience was 10/10!!

I’m not usually one to leave bad reviews, but I’m genuinely shocked at the level of unprofessionalism I dealt with on all levels. I booked an appointment with Bianca (@_biancastyles_) for a balayage. My original appointment was set for 4 PM on a Thursday, which she pushed to 5 PM — not a huge deal, I understand people can run behind.
