Ish and Nick were great
This dealership has one thing going for them, They have Kody. Incredibly nice sales person who doesn’t feel like your typical sales person. I hate shopping for a new car with a passion. He made it really smooth and easy. Great customer service.
They are the worst I bought an extended warranty when I purchased my car here. Thought I was buying a ford extended warranty but I was lied to and they sold me one that is exclusive to this dealership. I have my car at another dealership and the Huntington service manager is refusing to call the extended warranty and sub it out to the other dealership. I refuse to bring my car here and will never step foot at this dealership.
Mike R gave exceptional service in taking me through vehicle selection options at HB Ford. He helped me find the perfect car and I was able to drive it off the lot same day. Glad to have purchased at HB Ford and will continue to go to this location for further service!
