Great job per usual.
They were very nice and professional. I came in for an exam and clean up. Tjey showed me the cavities a had obtained over the years and said what I could do about them. They were also able to answer all the questions I haf which was nice.
I love Oceanic Dental. They have the best staff, best prices, best customer service and best location! Check them out, you will be glad you did!
My visit yesterday was great. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Matt was my dentist and I will definitely be coming back. I have been looking for a place to call "my dentist" as I am new to the area and this will be my wife's and my spot going forward. The only thing I found odd was that the flossing was a little rushed due to the Dentist coming in the room. I am not sure if the assistant felt she had to hurry before Matt came in but the last few spots flossing were not as smooth as the rest. But overall, amazing... read more
I was in a lot of pain from a cavity becoming infected, the doctor found it and explained what was going on and how to fix it very clearly. The staff were all very patient and accommodating to me and my mom, who lives in Texas, while figuring out our insurance stuff. As stressful as I was feeling, they helped me keep calm, I usually hate the dentist, but I loved this one!
Extracting a tooth is something no one enjoys but the procedures and techniques used made that experience painless for me. It really is important that everyone is friendly and nice and the followup call is appreciated.
This is the second time I've had my teeth cleaned here and both times were excellent experiences. The hygienist is very knowledgeable and I learn something new each time. I'll be back in another 6 mo!
