This was by far the best dental office I've ever been to. The staff was all very friendly and knowledgeable. They made me feel comfortable every step of the way and even provided me a Starbucks gift card to apologize for a long wait (which really wasn't even that long)! A special shout out goes to Diana, the superstar dental hygienist. The staff and Dr. were very easy to talk to and were patient in explaining everything clearly.
I called saying I had a tooth ache. They got me in within a half hour. Staff was nice. Procedure happened within an hour of me arriving.
Excellent dental assistant really nice, gentle, made me feel super comfortable, answered all my questions and explained everything to me. Staff is also really really nice and can't wait to see them all again on my next visit.
Dr. Bonin is so good at explaining the procedures and showing the mouth details on the screen. He is gentle and I had no ill effects after getting my jaw drilled and a post inserted. Didn't need pain killers at all. The email follow-ups with post surgical instructions is so handy rathe than trying to keep all that paperwork. I refer as many people as I can to this practice.
I've never been made to feel so comfortable in a dentists office. The girls are the front desk are absolutely the sweetest, caring people I've come into contact with in any medical office environment. The techs and actual dentist are beyond amazing also. I went in for an emergency type thing, and he really took the time and explained every last detail and gave me hope for the future of my teeth.
