It's a rare treat in this day and age to have personal VIP service, without the extra fees. The service is top notch and personal touch is refreshing. Being able to interact with employees in person to get customer service is great.
I’ve been to this bank a couple of times, and it’s been hit or miss. Sometimes the service is quick, but I’ve also waited longer than expected when things got busy. Overall, not too bad for your regular banking needs.
ATM is located in HB Civic Center, outside, and in front of Police office. I had no problems with my money transaction. Granted, this ATM is a shared CO-OP for all the different credit union members.
