Service Department had my car for TWO months, misdiagnosed the problem, and charged me over $1200. Once the car was moved to another auto repair, it was fixed in only three days. The dealership cross threaded a pressure line that the other guy caught and corrected. They also missed resetting the check engine light after installing the Body Control Module. If I could give less than a 1 star, I most definitely would. No ounce of decency or humility. I just left the dealership and I am completely disgusted. I bought a jeep grand Cherokee 4XE 2024 with 44000 miles, and in less than 3 months I’m already having problems. My cerpetine belt and coolant hose has broken.
