I needed carpet cleaning in 3 rooms of my home. My neighbor referred me to Steve Raessner of Huntington Beach Carpet Cleaning. I called him and he was very informative about his services and prices. He came to my home and his cleaning is a two-step procedure. The first procedure uses a chemical that gets the carpet wet; the second procedure is a deep hot steam cleaning that really brings the carpet to its original color. Steve was not only prompt in his response to our inquiry, he was able to accomodate us for a same-day service. Competitor prices were much higher, and did not include the "fiber rinse" (which Steve includes as part of his service. Amazing job, great customer service & exceptional work. We've used several carpet cleaning services in the past, but will not consider using anyone else going forward.
Steve did a great job with my carpets & tile in the kitchen. Steve got out stains in my carpets that had not been removed with 2 other cleaners. I would use him again.
