Their customer service has dropped off a cliff in recent years. If you call in, it is a foreign answering service that often answers now. We had an offer for our teenager to setup and account and get $100 if you kept a balance for 3 months. Found out when we went in, that unless I held a massive balance in my account my child would be charged $5 a month. I am now in the process of closing all of my accounts there.
ATM always has issues depositing checks
Feels like a funeral home waiting room without the fancy decor. The drive through team is awesome. Management needs to hire more diversity IMO.
