ATM hasn't worked in over a month. What the heck?
Thanks for what seems like a double punishment, which all originated for your customer service rep not fully explaining that I receive a provisional credit which lead to my overdrafts because I was told there was nothing that could be done since the purchase was still in processing. I received a provisional credit that was never explained to me. During Christmas time when things become a little tighter for most. This bank used to be acceptable but since closing all of the other branches in the area at the same time as buying an entire other bank the wait times are ridiculous there are always huge lines. Why would you acquire more customers and close more branches.
I've never had a problem at this bank. The people that work there are very nice and helpful
