The ATM on Telegraph in Monroe is junk. It's either broke or froze everytime I try to use it.
I closed my account share years ago because of the worker Gloria I don't know the blonde's name with glasses but when I took my wife there today my wife was in the passenger seat and I was helping her to speak to the lady being I was in the driver side she was extremely rude and clearly did not care that I would let her manager know about her attitude much is the other lady Gloria did with me years ago will it be surprised if more people ended up closing their accounts because of those two psychos
I've been banking with them for over a yr now and its insane they have only one location and they don't wave any fees I paid almost 3000 in fees alone I will be closing my account with them and going to pnc bank I heard there system is really awesome this bank is gonna go under just by the rude customer service
Don't use this bank they don't even deserve a tad of a star. Never processed a check my boyfriend made and when he went to talk to them about it they just sat there and joked around. It's been processing since February. Theyd rather sit around and play with each other than help people get they're earned money.
