24 hour atm doesn’t properly work. I was trying to deposit $130. Multiple times it told me it wouldn’t accept a few bills, and gave me the rest which is as expected, but it kept $20 that it was supposed to give me me. It eventually gave back to me after the next attempt. I tried straightening out the bills and feeding it less bills at a time. I was locked out of my account due to what they deemed suspicious activity and was told I had to go I to a bank in person to verify my identity. when I arrived at the bank, they told me they were unable to unlock my account. when I asked for a supervisor, they told me she was out of state. When I asked for my situation to be elevated above the teller, they denied my request.
