Kayla and Paul were just so amazing when I had an issue with my rent payments..they're so extremely good here..been with different banks n gotta say this is the best place EVER!!!
This is an awesome bank. The team is always very helpful and accommodating to me and my family. Kayla, who is a rockstar to work with, even played music for my daughter as we conducted business. Great experience from the moment we walked in, to the moment we left.
Absolutely phenomenal experience with Ron. Great conversation, he got me really well set with an honors account as a prior military member. He was thoughtful, professional and thorough. He will be my guy for banking going forward
Had one problem in six years and they force close my account. They didn’t even try to work with me. I do not recommend using this bank because they have no loyalty to you. They don’t care what you have going on, or bills you need to pay. I had to go to the bank to withdraw all my money. The account wasn’t even empty. When they forced it closed. So if loyalty and respect mean anything to you. You will not get that with this bank
This is my experience with the #1 Small Business Association (SBA) preferred lender. I spoke to the SBA previously about my experience, and they really didn’t seem to care much. I guess they really make a great pairing to each other. Don’t waste your time, fuel, energy, efforts much less wasting anything related to Huntington Bank.
