Zero customer service, not friendly at all.
My friend needed help with her savings account and we had a wonderful experience with Brithania Garcilazo-Avila. She was very knowledgeable and very professional and knew exactly what to do. We were very pleased with the service we received.
I was getting help with a cashiers check, when my 10 year old cut his leg open on the side of the counter. The staff jumped into action with bandaids and paper towels, finished my transaction, took care of the cart of unpurchased groceries and sent us on our way. I am very grateful for the two gentlemen that helped us, as I was dealing with one injured child and one special needs child who started panicking at the sight of their sibling's injury. I've been banking here for Plus 5 years and have never had any problems with any of the cashiers. They're all very professional and welcoming whenever I am there. When I was concerned about a financial letter I received, being a poss. scam, or fraud, the head cashier went above and beyond by contacting the Bank's territory supervisor of Hunting, and together, they were able to research and give me reassurance. I'm more than happy banking here and would definitely recommend it to anyone.
