Extremely disappointing experience with Huntington Bank. Customer service has been consistently unhelpful and dismissive. Staff seem unwilling to do basic paperwork or provide clear guidance, which creates unnecessary delays and stress for customers. I’ve had to follow up multiple times for issues that should have been resolved the first time. I would not recommend this bank if you expect reliable customer support.
