Terrible customer service
I had to open a new banking account as my online banking, Chime, has become so unbearably hard to work with depositing checks and being so very unhelpful. Went to this location, nervous and anxious, and the banker Kanzas was so sweet and helpful. It was so quick and super easy and I am so grateful for her help. I just want to add on the girls that work here are so sweet and helpful. Especially with impatient and very rude guests. They do their job great and deserve the best.
