I have always had a good experience at this bank, they are kind and very helpful.
I came to the bank today to make deposit to my friend’s account. The Assistant Manager ELINDA short hair with glasses refused to take the deposit saying it’s not signed on the back by the owner or stamped. She mentioned that I can take it to other branch to see if they take it. So while standing there I called the other branch and they said they can take it and special stamp on the back of the check. I've had numerous problems at this location with clerical errors from the tellers. Then today I went in to make a withdrawal and they informed me that "their system is down" and that if I have my ATM card that I can withdraw from the ATM machine, normally this wouldn't be an issue but I need to withdraw a higher amount than the daily ATM limit allows.
