The staff are awesome and very helpfull. I don't know why the employees get a low review I don't think they would discriminate against anyone .If you are wrong your wrong. They are willing to work it out

I have had to do a few bank wires here and the entire team was helpful, super nice and got the task done for me efficiently and effectively. I was super happy with this branch location and will continue to go here for the helpful staff!
I was discrimaned, disrespected and refused to be served because of my race. The teller refused to give me my money because for him i am doing a suspicious activity by redrawing money from my account i don't know that because of my race it's impossible to have in my bank account lot of money in my account. I will post this on my social media soon and will be closing my 3 accounts. I wish TCF hasn't left. They were so professional and respectful. I whish i could have given then zero star. Absolutely a disgrace.
This bank is absolutely horrible! At least the Monticello branch. Their atm is always out of service,the online banking app is down half the time,it's super frustrating. I mean TCF was bad but compared to Huntington they were golden! Yes the staff are nice,friendly and helpful. That's the bare minimum you should expect from a bank, everything else that really matters ( to me at least) just isn't there.....booo. So I'd recommend taking your hard earned cash to a different bank where it's easier to access and view online state... read more
