Always a quip trip if you need basic banking
Worst experience ever: I deposited cash at their ATM, and their ATM ate my money; they had to do a dispute, but their employees seemed to be careless; they didn’t care and did not give an answer. I called client care, and they were unprofessional and careless. I spoke to two supervisors, and the second supervisor didn’t care about my dispute and did not care that I requested this issue be addressed.
