Exorbitant fees, understaffed and only a few people know how to do things. Current manager didn’t know how to do a wire. Then when I got frustrated after sitting in there for 20 minutes, I got up to go see one of the clerks who I knew knew how to do it. Manager became vindictive and wouldn’t let the clerk help me and made me schedule an appointment to come back at 2 PM 2 and half hours later even though I had already wasted 30 minutes in there. Ironically, in the past, when I had an appointment no one was ready.
This location has been the most helpful in all my situations.
Worst bank ever to business with. The staff is very unprofessional doesn’t know how to work. They are open for business but doesn’t the supervisor is sleeping in home.
