I don't even have account with them but my wife does n I see this isn't the bank I would recommend to anyone..
I went in to open an account and was turned away and told to make an appt (no mention of the ability to open it online). When I called them to schedule the appt, the person provided no instruction on what to bring (I had my DL, and my sons BC) but not a single mention that 2 forms of ID for both of us were required until I got to the appt. A giant hot mess. We will not be going back.
The teller(s) that work the drive thru are terrible. They’re always somewhere else in the bank when you pull up. Every single time. And if they are at the station it’s only because there is a line of cars. Absolute garbage. I come at least once a week and this is every single time. Used to go inside all the time and that was even worse. Just trash all around.
I have been to this bank 3 times in the last couple months. Staff is always nice and helpful.
