Absolutely I had the worst experience with this bank I just tried to open and checking account but this guy Jonathan asked me million questions like literally interrogative questions about my financial how much money I have with other banks absolutely not recommended.
Contrary to others, I have nothing but great things to say about the staff here. I inquired about notarizing a form, and they were able to help same-day no questions asked. If you have issues with this branch, it's you, not them.
Ranting because my mom was treated absolutely rudely this morning. Some white teller rudely passed off my mom and told her to move so he can help another client behind her while she was asking for his help on HER turn. Insanity, discrimination in this day and age is crazy. When she asks for help, he couldn’t figure it out and hold her to just try multiple times, and told her to move aside for a customer behind.
I don't even have account with them but my wife does n I see this isn't the bank I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone..
