I had a miss communication on my homeowners insurance between changing provider.was not told cut off date was midnight of the start of day and not end of day.One day lapse Huntington still charged me 5.99 .How can an insurance company write a policy for one day and issue it two months later.After long conversations with different customer representatives finally got an answer on dates.Very unprofessional services.

Do not bank at Huntington Bank. Ever! I transferred $37,000 out of my Huntington HELOC and into my Huntington checking. Two days later I decided to cancel that particular transaction. I transferred the $37,000 right back from Huntington checking to the HELOC. THEY PUT A TEN DAY HOLD ON THE FUNDS, 12 days with weekends . THEIR FUNDS, WHICH NEVER LEFT THE BANK. Do not bank at Huntington.

I am filing a complaint against this bank because I feel it is neglect in servicing their customers. I have contacted this bank about charges that were not made by me yet they continue to pay them out of my account. The only money I have is my social security so I don't need a bank allowing fault claims after I have made them aware of them. Now will have to find myself another bank but other need to know before joining this bank.

I will never do business with them again they don’t care about people even when you make all your payments on time. When they make a mistake and they want you to fix it no matter weather you have anything to do with it or not. Do not get a vehicle loan from them because they have no idea what to do with the title when you pay it off they released mine to the wrong people. Them basically told to straighten it out so I would be extremely careful about borrowing money from them. just think if you buy a house then they send the ... read more

The first payment attempt never goes through. I pay my loan bill, a verification page shows up, but then then I get a late notice because i apparently didn't pay my bill. I have to go in a second or third time then it finally goes through. The debt collection they use never leaves a voicemail either.

Horrible customer service! My husband and I are getting ready to travel to multiple states for several weeks. We wanted travel alerts put on our cards because we don't have any other credit debit cards. This is our one main form of payment, and we didn't want the embarrassment or inconvenience of charges being declined and then having to approve them via text message and recharge. My 88 year old father died recently, I had to have his name removed from joint accounts at a Huntington Branch in University Heights Ohio. I brought in his death certificate. A few days later a hold was placed on the checking account. Someone from the branch called and told me I needed to bring in a power of attorney. I brought that to the branch and the hold remained. Opened a business account. No problems first 3 months. A customer filled out a check wrong and they deducted the returned check 2x instead of one putting the account negative. Went to the bank to straighten it out which they did but then told us corporate closed or account. They have is the account balance minus the pending saying that the pending would be paid. A well later so the pending have been returned unpaid and now we have late payments and fees and they money for the pending has disappeared. They basically stole our... read more
