Asked Austin(manager), prior to the whole process, if they understood business tax returns and that I didn't want to go through the process of pulling credit if there wasn't a high likelihood of getting the loan. I had plenty of income and an 800+ credit score. When you're operating a business you want to keep you credit score as clean as possible. He assured me they did. They need banks that stay open later than 12 on Saturdays. At least 2-3:00 would seem appropriate!
