Went into this branch to open a money market account with a 5.5% interest rate. Took 4 visits for my husband and twice for me and we still did not get the paperwork signed. There is some kind of an elusive promo code needed to open these types of accounts but no one knows what it is nor do they care to find out. All they want to do is get you to buy their annuities and mutual funds. It seems as once we told them we weren't interested in that they could never get the job done. I’ve been dealing with Huntington bank for biz & personal for years. I’ve always had great experiences with everyone especially Eric at the Hilliard then Sawmill location & Morgan at the Hilliard Giant Eagle location/also when she moved to the Powell Market District location. Today at this location, the customer service was absolutely horrible. I can’t believe I was treated this way.
