I have been working in lewis center for a few years now and have visited this branch multiple times. Every time the service has been fast, efficient and pleasant. The staff are wonderful. I've used the drive through, gone inside and just today called to discuss a matter that Brandon helped me throughly. He answered all of my questions and made me feel better about the reason I was calling about.
You got to love 5 people in line and 1 guy at the bank working while 3 other employees and manager site doing nothing at their desks

Very bad experience at this branch. On Saturdays this bank is almost non existent . There will always be just 2 people and won’t provide any service except teller.. keep away
Well let me start I come with my son to cancel his account in open a new one do the his account got hacked spend 45 min there waiting for the fraud department answer the phone this way the teller get the account in hold that never happens. I was tell the I have to come back do they banker was busy and she can’t help me to cancel the account in open a new one.
