This location has definitely went downhill the last year. I refuse to go to this location again and this has been my bank for almost 15 years. Unfortunately due to business accounts I can’t switch banks yet however this is likely in the near future that I’ll be done with this bank completely.👎🏼these people barely acknowledge you when you walk in and take forever to do simple transactions.
I’ve been a Huntington member for over 8 years. I showed up at 4:30pm on a Thursday to open a new account for my 16 year old son who got his first paycheck! We were so excited. When I told the teller I wanted to open a new account she got the man who would’ve been able to help. He looked bothered, asked if I could come back tomorrow to which I said no (we couldn’t bc I work bank hours and this was the ONLY chance I had) and he said he wouldn’t have time because he had to balance his drawers. The worst ever Huntington bank I’ve been to. Period! Atrocious fees that no other branch charges and absolutely abysmal customer service. Never going to this branch again, even though it’s the closest to me.
Absolutely the worst experience with Huntington! Do not use! Stay away!
