I am proud to say this bank goes above and beyond expectations. I have been banking for a long time as well and I will say I've never had a better bank then the Groveport branch. I can understand at times people get frustrated but I'm sure there hands was somewhat tied, or else the branch manager and team would have found a faster solution. With the Groveport Branch I received the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My company had an issue with our account access token and they could not fix it. So we were left without access to our account for over a month (never to be resolved). The branch manager failed to return phone calls or respond to email messages. I have dealt with banks for over 30 years and have never received such unprofessional service in my life. I guess a ten plus year business relationship doesn't mean much to them.
