If you're sticking to simple checking and savings accounts, they're fine. Just don't try to do anything more complex there - been through half a dozen visits and phone calls trying to straighten out a trust account. Had an appointment for today, and the person I was to meet with did not show up in the building til 15 minutes after the appointment was supposed to start, and hadn't gotten the papers ready as she said she would.
