Had an account here for years, until 2021 they were great. Post-Covid they cut their business hours by 18-20 hours / week (4pm on weekdays….so you’d better be off work early if you want to do any banking) and the last straw came when they transferred the 2 wonderful employees at this location I’d been dealing with for nearly 5 years.
