Apparently good customer service doesn't involve answering the phone when someone calls three days in a row. They've locked me out of my own account for receiving money they didn't know where from. They've flagged my account and locked my card because their fraud services didn't have my current phone number which I've updated thru the app. This place is a joke and I'm switching banks ASAP.
The lady's there are excellent caring,no me and always greet me with a smile.Been there for long time never leave. They definitely no their people.
Wish I could give o stars. I’ll be looking to switch banks. Rude customer service and god forbid any of their branches answer the phone.
A person of color was blatantly discriminated against because of the color of her skin and the girls working were very rude. Refused to do my wife’s transaction due to what the employee said was their policy to use their own discretion on doing transactions. All right after helping a white couple that didn’t even have their ID. Blatant racism.
Got there right at 5pm and they stayed open to help. Great people.
