The lady's there are excellent caring,no me and always greet me with a smile.Been there for long time never leave. They definitely no their people.
Wish I could give o stars. I’ll be looking to switch banks. Rude customer service and god forbid any of their branches answer the phone.
A person of color was blatantly discriminated against because of the color of her skin and the girls working were very rude. Refused to do my wife’s transaction due to what the employee said was their policy to use their own discretion on doing transactions. All right after helping a white couple that didn’t even have their ID. Blatant racism.
Got there right at 5pm and they stayed open to help. Great people.
Edit Wow, Huntington takes absolutely no blame or apologies for their atrocious screw ups! The ABC manager is a joke and could care less. Figures there are enough gullible people out there to make up for people that pull their accounts. Go somewhere else unless you like being screwed over. Really makes me think I need to close my accounts here! Had to open a dispute about a double charge, and 7 days after, I get a form in the mail to fill out.
