My husband and I went there today. We are coming into a substantial amount of money and are looking for a bank to place it. The old woman proceeded to tell us they are too busy to talk to us, she is the Notary, is leaving at 2 and wont be back until tomorrow. She thanked God she's only part time now. Unprofessional!!!!!We are taking our 60K elsewhere!!!!!
I came straight from my credit union with a check they said I could cash here and since I don't have an account they need 2 forms of ID how stupid I have my drivers license which is good enough. Screw you and your stupid policy no one would be able to get a check with my name and my legit drivers license. Fraud is online it 2025
