I would never do business with this bank again. We opened a QIT account at Huntington because my dad qualified for Medicaid. A QIT account is required. The account was in my dad's name. He had Alzheimer's, so my mom was put on the account as the trustee. She never had an actual account. My mom wanted to open an account, and Huntington was offering 400.00 to open an account. We were advised my mom would qualify for the 400.00 since she was only the trustee on my dad's QIT account. We have had nothing but problems ever since. ... read more
We had an amazing experience this morning with Lexi at the Delhi branch. She was enthusiastic, patient, and kind to my 6yo son who is interested in money and counting. She truly made his day so special. Thank you for everything!
The Delhi branch has always been friendly, courteous and helpful with all different transactions.
