Horrible drive thru service. Half hour plus to help 3 people. Do not bank here
I was just at the drive thru.. no other cars but still took forever.. the drive thru is always slow.. it was about 10 minutes after they greeted us before they came back with my deposit slip and cash.. super annoyed when we left because they gave me large bills.. I would've gone back thru, but didn't want to wait forever again..
This is the worst huntington bank location in all of indianapolis. Every time I come to this location, I wait forever! There is never anyone even working the window and I have to wait 52 ten minutes for anyone to even come to the window when I go through the drive through. This is not a one or two time occurrence, it's literally every time i've been to this location. We're talking about at least ten times
This branch and the bank as a whole has been a complete problem from the start. Last week my wife’s card was compromised. We manager reported it. They made some funds available for bills we had still coming and for us to be able to get gas and the need to have kind of things. We are not rich people we are on a budget as most all Americans are.
