I made the mistake going into this branch after having problems at their ATM. They flagged my account because I made a large cash deposit after having several large withdrawals and deposits. Instead of dealing with it themselves, they wimped out and called my local beach to deal with it since I was out of town. That branch was much more reasonable and immediately removed the flag. Overall, my experience with this bank, not just this location, was really bad. I eventually left and opened an account at another bank.
Great customer service . They are extremely knowledgeable, personable and seem to look out for my personal intest . I can’t speak highly enough of them . They are warm and welcoming each time I visit and refer to me by name !
