I did all my banking with Sky then Huntington now. I am doing my best to cut all ties with them. There customer service is terrible. I have been waitng on a letter for three months, and all they can tell me is that it has been mailed. This is from there great 24 hour call center .I stand in line forever at the Austintown locations, the one in the Austintown Giant Eagle is the worst.I can not wait to finish transfering all of my money out of there.I have at least eight friends that feel the same way.
