I opened an account online and set up a direct deposit with my employer. I found out afterwards that Huntington did not approve it and my account will be closed. I was told I can go into the branch to get my money, but when I got there they said a check was mailed. I called the customer service number back and they said that was incorrect and they should have released my funds. When I called back the lady put me on hold and just transferred me without telling the person why she was transferring me. I just hung up. They have ... read more
Laura who works there helped me when my account was compromised. Always with prompt call backs, great understanding of everything, and overall excellent service. Really great at her job. Need more people like her that’s for sure.
Never have had a problem with anybody at the bank. They all have great customer service. I recommend this bank.
