Just like any other bank. I do not like going in feel out of place the people on the phone are the rudest people I have ever spoken to. Be doing business elsewhere as soon as I transfer direct deposit. I knew I should have stayed with just cashing at Kroger.

A big thank you to Tracey Keller at Huntington Bank in Pinckney for assisting my wife in opening a bank account for our teenage son. This was his first bank account and he was thrilled! Tracey made the process enjoyable and effortless.
Would rate 0 stars if I could. In April, I disputed 4 different charges on my account. When I received the dispute paperwork in the mail, i filled it out the next day and took it to the branch for them to fax it (as specified on the paperwork). The following week, I received notice in the mail that the corporate office never received my paperwork and one of the disputed charges selected was the wrong one ($800+ payment reversal on my vehicle loan).
