Staff always greet me with a smile. Whatever transactions you need they are willing to make the customer satisfied.
Got a replacement debit card and have been unable to continue with routine purchases from before due to lack of phone service since autopay curtailed itself last December. No getting through to anyone there because errors occur after you’ve punched your name/account # in for the 50th time… WTFIGO?
Just like any other bank. I do not like going in feel out of place the people on the phone are the rudest people I have ever spoken to. Be doing business elsewhere as soon as I transfer direct deposit. I knew I should have stayed with just cashing at Kroger.
