I opened an account and once I finally received my card in the mail, they closed the account apparently. I didn't even have a chance to activate the card. Online tellers couldn't give me an answer as to why my account was closed. They said to either drive 30 minutes to the bank, or wait 3 weeks for a paper statement. If I wasn't eligible to open an account, I should never have been able to open an account at all. Thanks for wasting weeks of my time
Terrible bank.
TERRIBLE customer service. The manager refused to give me $300 in change. I will be canceling my account with Huntington.
