I do not bank with Huntington, but an out of state relative does. I needed to deposit money into their account, and had to do it in two transactions on separate days. Long story short, a mistake was made by a teller and the money didn’t go where it should have. Came back to find out what happened, and dealt with a different teller and the bank manager. Lord! Sometimes I wonder why some humans do this, and I still can't seem to understand it. I went to this branch and needed a banker, but was told to wait. I waited 15 minutes until she finished her phone conversation, only for her to give me just a minute and ask me to send her the documents. She quickly approved/released someone to go on break, then left me waiting for another 30 minutes to attend to a white lady, with whom she had a long conversation.
