Extremely unprofessional, went yesterday and refused to help me.
ATM is frozen on a Sunday and customer service is unable to remotely reset it or contact anyone to help. So, I can't get my own money out from my own bank. Huge loss of confidence in their ability to withstand a cyber attack of they can't even remote restart a machine.
Lauronai is an Angel on earth. She went above and beyond to make sure I was helped even after business hours. She is the reason I know good people still exist. I am going through a hard time and she made me feel like not everything is bad. Thank you from all of my heart. The world definitely need more people like you! I am forever grateful for you
