Terrible Service. Slow and unwilling to help. Told to sit and wait while two employees sat unwilling to help.
Do not go to this bank if you have diabetes or support people with diabetes. My aunt went through the metal detector, and it blinked red. A lady told her to take off anything metal, and when my aunt told her she was wearing an insulin pump, the lady asked her to take it off and wouldn’t allow access unless she did. These pumps are LIFE SAVING NECESSARY devices that CANNOT just be put back on after being removed. Not only is this discrimination based on a disability, it’s also just plain inhumane.
