Extremely poor customer service, the mobile (android) app used to be best in class, now it doesn't work at all.
Whats the point of having 24 hour grace period if you don't honor it.
Been banking with Huntington for 20+ years but no more. After repeatedly flagging my account, freezing my debit card with no warning or communication it has been six months of hell. Tonight was the last straw sending me on a perma-hold goose chase to have the "hold" lifted from my account...all while sitting at a restaurant and not being able to pay my bill. I can honestly say I will never bank with you again. Also your customer service representatives are godawful, and the manager is even worse.
