I had been banking with Huntington for over 16 years and after careful thought and consideration I have made the decision to close all my accounts. Reasons being I have had several issues over the past few years regarding disputes, inconsistencies between branch locations, failures to provide notice to customers regarding policies, and when I ask for proof of said policy the information is always internal and is never provided. DO NOT bank here. Bank with someone more trustworthy and honest!
Always and the phone, very pleasant and helpful. Much more than I can say for other branches I've interacted with.
ATM took my cash and this is day 3 of not depositing it in my account after being on the phone with customer service 30 min twice
I know it was late in the day, but I arrived at 4:53 pm, and the bankers had left. There were only tellers. This is extremely poor service.
Hard to be a loyal customer, Huntington Management, when Theo is the person in charge. Had a simple cash deposit and thought I could get in and out on a Saturday. Only two people working and one (Theo) was slouching in his chair playing on the internet with 4 people in line, inappropriate music blaring, and the obviously new teller kept begging him to help with one difficult customer. Had zero confidence that my simple transaction would be done correctly so I took my business elsewhere. So disappointing.
