There's always a long wait for a teller here. I was first in line at the drive up and it took about 10 minutes for someone to even come up to the drive up. Another time I was in line for 15 minutes inside with only one person ahead of me and one person at the counter and the only teller working was taking a long time with the person at the counter. As someone who has worked at banks I've always made a decision to waive a fee for a customer. Not everyone, of course, but some customers that rarely get certified checks for large purchases would be the exception. I got an extremely sarcasticly "sweet" response to waiving a fee for my elderly father. Overall, my parents have both had awful experiences at all Huntington banks and I'm appalled at their "service". They're definitely moving their accounts elsewhere. I’m normally a patient and understanding person but after my horrible experience today at this branch I’m going to move my Huntington accounts to another bank. I arrived at 4:30pm today in hopes of quickly doing a drive-through deposit before they closed at 5pm with 1 car ahead of me in the only open lane. After patiently waiting for over 15 minutes without the other car moving I decided to park and walk-in in hopes that it would be quicker to deposit due to the drive-through wait time.
