I just recently switched to this bank, and had to stop in to withdraw cash. While I was doing so, 2 of the tellers decided to have a conversation about a previous customer that they helped earlier today. It was none of my business, and was very upset I heard it because now I can only imagine what other customer’s information was being wrongly spoken about in front of people. It is nice to have this bank nearby.
Service here is terrible, sat in the drive thru over 10 mins teller never spoke to me. Car pulls in the other lane and they immediately helped them. I dont mind waiting if your helping inside customers but to literally look at me and see the car pull up and still ignore me is bull
Sadly, the customer service has been truly terrible at this location. I hope for better employee training. Unfortunately, I will be taking my banking elsewhere due to the service I receive today. Best of luck
Have had to go to rbis branch twice to cash a check. I was first in line at drive through both times and it took so long to even get anyone to address you. This visit took 11 minutes for first initial contact. Also they require more than any other bank to cash a check if you’re not a member. Don’t come here
