After waiting in line for a good while to pay my car payment loan a guy said I can help you next I gave him my payment and he says “just what I wanted to do today” very sarcastically. I just laughed and he said actually I’m going to go help this next guy and so and so will take care of you when she’s done and walks off. So I had to wait even longer. I just recently switched to this bank, and had to stop in to withdraw cash. While I was doing so, 2 of the tellers decided to have a conversation about a previous customer that they helped earlier today. It was none of my business, and was very upset I heard it because now I can only imagine what other customer’s information was being wrongly spoken about in front of people.
