I have a hard time believing that the manager is still employed judging by how she has spoken to me today. It happened to be the first time I had ever met her as well. She surfaced from her office to condone bad behavior from an employee there that has repeatedly been rude to me. They used bashing a customer of over three and a half years together as a team moral building activity.
